NEGOTIATIONS WITH BUYERS
When an offer is presented, I will help you obtain the best possible price and terms. Based on the details of the offer, we will form a negotiating strategy and find the terms and price that both parties will accept. Nearly all buyers have an inspection and afterwards may ask for repairs or considerations. At this point, we will go through a second round of negotiations to address these concerns. My goal in negotiating is to have a “win/win” transaction for all parties.
CLOSING THE SALE
Although contracts can be complicated, I work hard to ensure a smooth and successful closing. I will monitor the details, from the buyers financing, to the final walk through, to any of the other many details that need to be completed before the closing.
